Provide justification for VIOLATION OF OATH to the CONSTITUTION.
Please explain how he could have done different without violating the structure and laws of our government.
Please explain what terrorist attacks have occurred since 9/11 that caused Americans on their own soil injury or death because they were not protected.
If you are just wobbling your lips to move the air around, try getting an electric fan. It is quieter and more efficient.
Go read the Constitution, wherein it states the part I already mentioned.
I can't read it for you; I already know what it says....and I already told you what it says, in my previous post.
Perhaps you like reading and spouting fairy tales, instead.
We have illegal aliens, Bush has done nothing, hence he has violated his oath. What is so hard to comprehend?
Please refer to the table I posted in Post #398. You will see that in 2002 the Bush Administration fined only 13 employers of the hundreds of thousands who employ illegal aliens. In 2003 they only fined 124. When you compare that to the 20 million illegal aliens here, which equates to about that many illegal alien employment violations per year, then you get a statistical zero when it comes to interior enforcement of our immigration laws.
Bush sets the policy for his Administration. He is the executive and is responsible for the enforcement of our laws. These statistics, which came from DHS, prove that he was derelict in his duty to enforce the immigration laws in the interior.
Edjmucate your self by referring to The United States Constitution, Article II, Section 1 and 2....
And for gods sake...he is in violation of his oath and the law in not prosecuting or abating illegal immigration. You have it completely Backwards...
Section 1...

Section 2....
The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States
