I am completely confused by this article.
You have to have a gun permit to buy them legally and violent felons don't have gun permits...therefore, violent felons are not buying the hollow points from the legal market.
Simple logic escapes New York. But again, these cop "organizations" are nothing more than liberal groups acting as self appointed spokesmen. LAPD has the same problem.
Not according to the sale I witnessed at a licensed gun shop here in Vegas... No question's asked.
