The president has said twice in the last few days that Congress was briefed over a dozen times.

A mistake was trying to train a civilian defense force and Irqi army at the same time but not giving them the tools to battle thugs and killers.

Bush earlier made a joke about "one of his many press conferences". He really seems relaxed here.
4th question..... if law needs to be changed to help monitor phone calls.. why not change the law instead of bypassing it?

The last time that question was asked, I had the feeling that the MSM just wanted me to say that it was a MISTAKE TO GO INTO IRAQ. I based my decision on the plan to go into Iraq on what GENERAL TOMMY FRANKS REQUESTED. (NOT GENERAL SHINSEKI!)
His biggest mistake is not speaking up soon enough to respond to unpatriotic members of congress and the press.
these calls are not being intercepted from in the country
they are coming from OUTSIDE the country into the country

If they had to state FACTS instead of generalizations, these things would be a LOT shorter!
