Watched a woman last evening. She just learned that her father was dead. Her first words were that she was suing!

Suing whom, I have no idea but it hardly seemed like grief for a lost parent but rather an opportunity to cash in on a tragedy.

The media talks about mine violations with little or no mention of the fact that the mine has been under new owners for 30 days.

And it shouldn't take too long to find a jury of neanderthals to send them into bankrupcy.

Lets not kid each other....there will be law suits....the lawyers are no doubt being called as I type this.

I will say if this was done to me.....I would sue their asses off also.

EXACTLY!! I agree 100%
Yes, it is a tragedy and it needs to be investigated as to who told these families they were alive.
