An Iranian military plane crashed in the northwest of the country on Monday, killing 13 people including the head of the Revolutionary Guards ground forces, Iranian news agencies reported.

The crash came barely a month after a decrepit Iranian military transport plane crashed into the foot of a high-rise housing block after suffering engine failure.

A total of 108 people were killed.

I've been saying for a long time that you don't need to turn that country to glass...

Just a "good business plan" of assassinations.

Twenty to Twenty-five dead and the circumstances probably change quickly.

This was a warning to Iran on breaking the seals this week IMO. Maybe they will think twice now.

Well, one thing you can count on.

If the CIA has been competent in this regard, you can count on the NY Slimes to tell us and the world about it!

Exactly this is what happens when a 1400-year old death cult tries to mingle with modern technology. Chances are that with the first nuclear test, they blow up half of their own country, leaving the other half to die from fall-out related diseases, and blaming the rest of the world for not appreciating the peaceful intentions of islam.

Could be, or perhaps some Mossad operating out oyt of Kurdish areas giving the Iranians one last chance to shape up. And probably letting them know not to try anything with Sharon out of action.

Seriously, killing the head of the Pasdaran and his top command is as big a victory in the WOT as getting KSM or Saddam.
