Pushing all the buttons and trying to push Alito's.

After watching Alito to this point, I don't think their strategy is going to work. He appears totally in control of himself.

They will have to find another place beyond that one too. Maybe there are decending levels of hell and Durbin will go to 800th level.

I didn't hear Durbin actually use that language about the Supreme Court making law...

BUT, I have heard Biden on TWO occasions on Sunday Talk Shows actually SAY that the Supreme Court MAKES law. And he said that after bragging about teaching Constitutional Law classes....

LOL

Durbin Opening Statement ... It would take 25 pages to respond to all his distortions.

Yup. Sound bites for his constituents. Government by lie, distortion and innuendo.

There was a full service gas station in NJ that was busted by the cops. Apparently the term "full service" implied something else.

now, he is bringing up a finding on a coal mine case...and throwing up the WVA coal mine tragedy!!!!

The 'Rats are so out-of-their-minds angry at GWB for taking away the Senate, the White House, and the H of R from them that they have lost their political senses. It's like watching a particularly horrific car - gasoline truck wreck in slow motion.
