Schumer is the biggest but Biden is the most out-of-proportion because of his innate lack of intelligence.

So many to choose from.
They're all about as stupid as peat moss.
(With apologies to peat moss.)

This question cannot be answered as it asks for a finite response.
Not possible.

Kennedy, Schumer, Durbin, Kerry, Pelosi, Boxer...
There are so many from which to choose. Which one is truly deserving of the title?

So many choices, so little time...my vote has to go to Chuckie Schumer with dishonorable mentions to Nancy Pelosi, Howard Dean, and Teddy "Swimmer" Kennedy.

There was a problem. The wind from those democraps was so strong, it broke the anemometer. So, it is impossible to tell which one produces the most wind.

Should we include those with clear signs of dimentia in our evaluation? I think Kennedy should be excluded because he clearly has a blown gasket.
Biden is more in love with himself than any man since Narcissus.
Schumer is a bloviating blow fish who will one day suffocate from the fumes of his own carbon dioxide emissions.
Turbin Durbin is a leach, an opportunistic nothing.
Fienstien is a blood thirsty woman whose entire life is about the murder of unborn children.
Fiengold is too sexy for himself.
Leahy and Kohl are not actually alive, they are animations.
Who is left?

Anyone else getting tired of the "this is the one moment American people get to ask the questions they want" fallacy?
No, Biden - great speech, but that moment was the 2004 election and your constituents didnt buy Kerry's litmus test promise.
