Yet Kennedy wants to get documents from a Library because he thinks he can use them against a political foe? Just another example of the Democrats Culture of Hypocrisy

Exactly true. By the way, Kennedy still has not apologized for going hysteric with this fraudulent story of the liar student from Massachusetts. In Kennedy mind (what ever left from it) he thinks that even if the story is fraudulent it still can theoretically happen. It is like the fake but accurate Memo-gate of Dan Rather.
