You would have been mighty proud!

How sad that Mrs. Alito was in tears listening to Lindsey's apology. To see her husband's 25 year record and his good name dragged thru the mud--or "drug thru the mud" to quote Newt!--must have been excruciating for her to hear. Especially when it's all lies!

Mrs. Alito has spent two days listening to Democrat Senators, the kind who once compared honorable service by members of the U.S. military to atrocities of nazis and communists, insult her husband with innuendo and hyperbole. When Senator Graham offered his apologizies and said kind words, she cried. Her emotions are completely understandable. Democrat Senators should be ashamed of themselves.

I just saw FNC replay Graham's comments (which I was listening to but didn't see Mrs. Alito tear up) and it almost made ME cry to see her so affected by kind words.

It's often that way -- the kindness makes us break down and the ugliness makes us angry.
