I think Richard Cohen is telling us what he really thinks about Joe Biden. Mr. Biden is not well liked on the Hill. Believe me. He is a putz, pure and simple.
As for Hillary, she isn't well like either - by the voting public. Her unfavorable numbers are still enormous because she seems cold and unfriendly...unlike her husband, who, for all his faults, can be very charming. I know, I know. He's a putz, too. But he can be a charming putz.

Charm is part of a con man's scamming technique. Once exposed, the "charm" renders the con as more heinous.
Seems like most of the Dems are bitter and angry.
All they got in life is their pitiful power-hungry egos.
