P.S. But I still like you, Ron. LOL.Me, too!
Even if I have not yet mastered that forehead thing. :o)
Please FReepmail me if you want on or off my miscellaneous ping list.
I agree with that.
LOL!!!
I think that I need to PRACTICE more. :o)
OK, lol.
He looks like a hangar.
Yikes, he looks awful.
ping!Thanks for the PING, nutmeg!
BTW, isn't "nutmeg" a Connecticut thing? And, ANN is from Connecticut, right?
Probably not appropriate for the venue, however.
Plus, we can always invite her friends with the MARINE CORPS (above) back, to provide a little EXTRA security for that potential future meeting. :o)Or we could invite the LMU AFROTC.
Some of the MANY attractive young women (along with a few GUYS, like us) who came up to the front of room at the end at the end of Ann's speech -- in our unsuccessful effort to meet with Ann -- were with the AFROTC (Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps) at Loyola. They said that while the university DOES allow them to meet on campus -- as opposed to the administration at HARVARD (among others) who will NOT let the military on campus -- even at LMU, ROTC students have been harassed by the faculty.
We shall have to remedy THAT, too.
Or we could invite the LMU AFROTC.See also, from www.laloyolan.com:
LMU's Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) has been a fixture on campus for 57 years. It is the largest AFROTC detachment in California, with 130 enrolled cadets. Cadets can be seen every Friday, dressed in the standard Air Force dress blues or Battle Dress Uniform (the camouflage), spending the day in classes on National Security, Air Power and the history of the U.S. Air Force, and finally practice drills in Sunken Gardens...-- snip --
Cadets receive the same military and aerospace training that they would receive at the Air Force Academy, and get the same number of available slots for pilots, according to Col. Fish. At the end of their four years at LMU, cadets are commissioned as 2nd Lieutenants and spend at least four years as Active Duty officers, with pilots giving a 10-year commitment. At the end of the four years, officers can leave the Air Force and seek higher education. Many, however, choose to continue as a career officer in the Air Force.
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!
"Anns relentless delivery of facts and content made applause all but impossible. It was hard for ME to applaud very often, too -- as I was too busy taking notes most of the time. Her fact-riddled lecture required the attention of scholars, while those who struggle with concepts like the Constitution, due process, freedom, and civil rights were often left pages behind." - Clark Baker, ex-Liberal in Hollywood
And, I consider myself fairly well-informed -- I'm a FReeper, afterall! -- but even I had to "listen fast" to keep up with her rapid-fire delivery.I would REALLY like to see that speech again -- when they replay it.
Here are the FIRST TWO hits from a Google search for "Ann Coulter" Loyola:
