The late Senator Prescott Bush, who left office in January 1963, was once an officer of Planned Parenthood of America, wasn't he? Wasn't the Bush family's involvement in Planned Parenthood a reason for the first George Bush's original pro-Roe stance?

Yes. In fact, as a Congressman, Bush was nicknamed "Rubbers" by some of his colleagues due to his support of contraceptive/reproductive issues.
