Glad to hear things are looking up for your brother, and sorry about the ups and downs. My son's situation is the same as your brother's...ups and downs but we're cautiously optimistic about the outcome. Should be settled hopefully by the end of March. My DIL has been dragging things out, but it is beginning to look like she has begun to annoy the "powers that be" in the court and Child Protective services. As I said...cautiously optimistic. Continue to pray for your brother, and now the Wamp Family. Take care!
