When I was young, I always wondered why someone would not just give you a house at 19-20 years old, and let you work off the payments in the following years.

This would make me 53 years old. Chappaquiddick happened in 1969 - 37 years ago so Mary Jo would have been 63 years old.

The irony. Had Mary Jo lived, she would be 76. She died at the age of 26.
