Actually a caller asked RUSH about him the other day.
RUSH basically said he could never know what Buckly is thinking, but RUSH feels he may be(coming) more of a paleo-conservative like Buchanon and was only 'for Iraq' if it was going to be quick and easy, otherwise he was more of a 'play defense' isolationist.
Very classy of Rush.
Except for Friday, Rush was outstanding this week. And I thoroughly enjoyed Roger too.
I think Rush realizes that Buckley is in his twilight years and that the "genius" intellect that he so much admired is for the most part lost forever. I have not been able to really understand Mr Buckley for years without a Transcript he has been so mumbly and garbled. Very sad....
