I don't think your analogy works. Illegals use wire transfers of cash because there is a giant underground cash-for-labor economy that they earn their income from.
Not a lot of illegal aliens with their Wi-Fi logging on to PayPal.
Kaloogian's proposal addresses the real problem, which is the millions who come in and work for cash and then send money home to relatives, family members, etc...
Hey Nay Sayers......they are attempting to take away LEGAL ways for these insurgents to give away OUR money. It is more than a start in the right direction. Whenever we can get any politicians attention on a seriously grave matter and get them to act in the right direction it's an accomplishment lately.
Applaud the good guys for NOT giving away the farm the way most in Washington are prone to do.
