my "good" HP hit the dust last year.. it did wonderful macros.

I am now using primarily a Fuji film that was a gift and it does great work also. I still don't know how to use all the bells & whistles. It has several macro settings.

I am hoping to have time later to search out some pix also.

My system leaves a lot to be desired. Every "shoot" of pix is in chronological order & with date a short description. a typical file would be:

031406 MetroParkHike4dogsJP

location, activity, other participants.

NOW & then I might give another key word (trains, butterflies) etc. But it is the exception. So I have a set of pix almost ever day & sometimes more than one.. if I do several things. Each set of pictures has LARGE numbers of pix. So finding things is not as easy as it should /could be.

Hi Dolly All your pictures are fabulous. I can't believe the time and work you must have put into this thread.

My Hp isn't up to snuff any more. It's been great and the optical zoom is great for bird pictures. :) Time for another camera. You said your camera is film camera now? I delete way to many shots to use film. ;) I wish I had the talent. There are some nice cameras for film. The pixels are high with the Hp so I have to downsize a lot.
