No,not necessarily.But if convincing evidence of anything like this is presented I think that many "reasonable men" (and women) would,at least,be inclined to go easier on her than they would if her motive was insurance money,a new boyfriend,or wanting to avoid a divorce court in an effort to get 100% of the family's funds vs 50%.
Neither of these are capital offenses, however disgusting and reprehensible. If he was guilty of them it should have been for a court to decide his fate, not his wife and a weapon. Plus, she shot him in the back....so there goes her self defense argument.
