State parties are private organizations. They should, and can bar anyone they want to.

The flip side of that is that in the NY State Republican Party, one man decides who runs for any office in the state. None of them try to win, but as long as the Republican Party comes in second, the leadership has some jobs to dole out.

RINO heaven.

It's a small price to pay for the privlige(sp) of excluding Nazis.

If he had changed his name to Harry Belafonte before sending the dems his check, he wouldn't be having these problems.

I'll give you ten-to-one odds that he still gets 90% of the black vote.

"We refuse to allow this white supremacist a platform to spew his racist and anti-Semitic views," state party spokesman Jack Cardetti said.

DemocRATs don't seem to mind the old KKK kleagle from West Virginia, Robert Byrd, being associated with their party, what are we missing here?

Did the Democrats change the rules since Robert (KKK) Byrd ran for office?
