I dunno - I see Neil as an idiot younger brother who always manages to get it wrong but say it well. About impeaching the President I couldn't care less - I hear stupider things than that coming from conservative friends. I am, however, disappointed to learn that he'd have anything to do with rap.
He's 60 years old and doesn't look a day over 90.
It depends. In what way?
Your comment about Neil being old is kind of funny. Rock musicians apparently should all just do what Janis, Jim and Jimi did ... die young.
looks like years of dope smoke in concert and coffee houses and clubs have finally adled his brain..
It's really a shame. I adore his music, I just wish he'd stop with this latest rampage. It's strange- he used to be such a Reagan supporter, too.
He lost me when his ego destroyed BUFFALO SPRINGFIELDWhy the hell couldn't he has played great lead, and left the singing to Stills and Furay, who had listenable voices.
"The 'famed Canadian pundit' is unnamed."
And this Canadain political junkie can't think of who it would be. Can't be that 'famed'.
I understand he's a BIG Ronald Reagan fan and recorded "Let's Roll" about the dooimed flight. Can't be all bad! And, consider who he has to kind of hang around with every once in a while-David Crosby, Steve Stills and Graham Nash-UGH!
He went to prison on drug charges. I believe that is when they dropped him from the group.
Is that the Starbucks Choir?
Neil Yuk.
He's about as smart as that guitar solo on "Southern Man" is complicated.
da da da da da da da da ... da da da
In fact, he plays like a 3-year old.
That was when he was sobered up for a week because the flights from Columbia carrying his supply were grounded after 9/11.

"Old dog in the ditch, scratchin his b*tt 'cause he has an itch."
Remember the Uncle Floyd Show, on the NJ public station in the 70s and 80s.
Floyd started calling Neil Young neil yuk, which made Floyd a hero in my eyes.
I know talent is in the eye of the beholder, but I have despised that self-righteous blowhard Neil Yuk ever since I heard the words of Southern Man.
By fluke, he had one good song, Cinnamon Girl. The rest sound like a kindergardener wrote and produced them.
Neil is the brown eye between the cheeks ...... period.
