Why should Rush have to pay 30 Large to the state of Florida, if he has not been convicted of any crime?
This is nonsense and, in my opinion, stinks of extortion.
Sure it's extortion. But I guarantee the Florida DA spent far more than $30k trying to bring Rush down.
