"That's what's commonly reported. I have seen coverage maps, however, which shows their ability to deliver as far as St. Louis. Either way, we presume a launch from NK territory. That might not necessarily be a given."

Very true. I would assume it would not come via missle delivery at all but another crude method we will not discuss in public. I am a Christian with the gift of prophecy. Such as having a dream while I am away on vacation that I have a leak in my ceiling and my landlord walks in with a couple of contractors. Then I come home and indeed, their is a water pipe leak from a overhead light fixture. I could go on and on. Anyways, a fellow in California named Ray Alguiera has a site and gets bigger end-times prophecy ( www.prophecy.org ). I was a real skeptic for a few years until what he was given in prophecy starting coming true. Check out the site and in the key word search on the site type in "Ram".

"A word on timing...

"President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's Shi'ite creed has convinced him lesser mortals can not only influence but hasten the awaited return of the 12th Imam, known as the Mahdi. Iran's dominant "Twelver" sect holds this will be Muhammad ibn Hasan, the righteous descendant of the Prophet Muhammad. He is said to have gone into "occlusion" in the 9th century, at age 5. His return will be preceded by cosmic chaos, war, bloodshed and pestilence. After this cataclysmic confrontation between the forces of good and evil, the Mahdi will lead the world to an era of universal peace.

"The ultimate promise of all Divine religions," says Ahmadinejad, "will be fulfilled with the emergence of a perfect human being [the 12th Imam], who is heir to all prophets. He will lead the world to justice and absolute peace. Oh mighty Lord, I pray to you to hasten the emergence of your last repository, the promised one." He reckons the return of the Imam, AWOL for 11 centuries, is only two years away." "

Sounds like the anti-Christ and the false prophet as described in Revelations to me.

the emergence of a perfect human being

compared to they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other." Matthew 24:30-31

If the US or Israel is hit with a nuke - or anything similar - that well should be high on the target list for instant vaporization along with every city in Iran with more than 100,000 inhabitants and every known or suspected Iranian military installation. If we're hit with a nuke, the retaliation should be so terrible that no one will even consider attacking America again.

"Did you have to use Baltimore Harbour as an example? I live on the Patapsco and work in DC. Almost every time I take the metro I wonder if today will be the day."

We are all going to die one day. It is as certain as the air we breathe. Live your life to the fullest. Look at history, it has always been plagued with war and unfair crimes from insane, evil people. We do happen to live in the most powerful nation on earth. I remember being a teenager in the 80's thinking about nuclear war with the Soviet Union. It was scary but I decided to move away from the fear and be prepared to help my countrymen if and when the need ever arises. 300 million of us think this way (at least the Republican half LOL).

I know Bush is a religious man. I wonder if he is being deftly advised regarding the alternate Revelation?

""The prophecies of Daniel have decreed that the fate of the world lies in an empire called Persia. On four occassions, Daniel writes, kingdoms from this eastern empire will rise up and cross the Euphrates river to challenge the western nations -- a coalition of kingdoms which the Bible collectively calls 'Babylon'.

According to Daniel, the culmination of these four hostile invasions into the lands of Christianity will be the fateful appearance of the fourth and last Persian empire. The world's end, this visionary explains, and all the tribulation and warfare preceding it, will come to pass in the birth and growth of this fourth eastern league of nations."

http://goodnewschristianministry.org/babylonchapter7.htm "

I notice your HTML called "good news". I disagree with the philosophy that the world will end. Daniel talks about an ascension of kingdoms down to what is called the "end times". Because Christ is going to rule for 1,000 years AND, because the last chapter of Revelations says that God will spread his tent of makind indefinately, I am appalled that fear mongering has replaced hope for man by religion. I live in faith for something better, not by fear.

I have hundreds of centrifuges in my basement too,
although there is no reason for you to believe either of us.

In what way? Be specific, and from his perspective.

Sorry to pick on Baltimore! But your proximity to DC is just so, well, promising, from a jihadi's point of view!

Have a nice day now.

"...compared to..."

Nothing surprising about that. Mohammed was familiar with both the Old and New Testaments and borrowed freely from them as it suited him. Ahmadijenad is really into the messianic stuff, too.

If Jesus Himself sufferred the cross, while being completely innocent and divine what would lead you to believe Christians will not suffer?

Indeed they are, terribly in some parts of the world already.
I do not see it as a philosophy, Biblical prophecy always comes true without exception.

"I am appalled that fear mongering has replaced hope for man by religion. I live in faith for something better, not by fear."

Im not fearful of death, if I didnt know who owns my soul then I would be and have every reason to.

My faith is in the Way, The truth, and The life. This world will come to a rough end eventually as predicted, but my house is being prepared in Heaven.

If you dont believe the world will end then what was Daniel talking about "End Times" for?
Moreover, Jesus spoke of it too.

The question isnt if, but when.

Anyway ,thanks for checking the link out and for the reply.
But those who trust God do not have to fear man.
Even Iranian nut cases with nukes.

Mine aren't new, got them second hand form the Paki guy who
owns the Diary Queen, but hey, they work.

He says he can get me a deal on some broken ones from Iraq
in "just a couple of months".

I told him ok, but no junk like that stuff he tried to sell me from Iraq. Then he broke down and said some Russian mafiosi had beaten him to the good stuff and taken it all to Syria or someplace...

Feeh! Maybe I'll just make my own out of some electric Ice
Cream freezers.
