He either has a nuke, or something that can do some significant damage. No one is so stupid as to bluff like he has been, considering the consequences of getting called on it.

The chest thumping does drive an additional $50 billion a year in oil revenue now doesn't it? Also, they have already gotten backing from Russia and China that they won't be touched.
