That's exactly the problem that everyone keeps sidestepping. Sooner or later, it isn't enough to vote for the least globalist-socialist of two candidates. Sadly, no conservative 3rd party seems composed enough to take advantage of this opportunity.

I'm in full support of securing our boarder. So much so that I was distressed when I heard only 6000 troops were going to be used.

No, you're right. We're just trying to intervene in the suicide attempt by the GOP. Because 2006 is the last election that will mean anything if we allow this amnesty and open borders thing to sail through.

I'm not sure why so many posters who claim to be such ardent Republicans want to give 30 million new voters to the Dims and make sure tens of millions more are added over the next 20 years.

Thank God for the House. Write your GOP congressman and thank him! I don't even like mine and I have because he's been pretty good on the amnesty/anchors/chain stuff.

If you look at the facts, Republicans had controlled the Senate from 1980 election until 1986. Democrats took control in 1986. This allowed Bork to get borked and then led to Reagan's Kennedy in 1988 and Bush 41's Souter in 1990.

A conservative judge (Bork)nominated by a conservative President was destroyed in 1988 by a Democrat majority Congress.

I stand by my original assessment.

There's Democrats and then there's Democrats.

Of course there is - but they are required to vote the party line. If not, they are outcasts as Miller and Lieberman are and lose all their power.

The democrat party of today is socialistic/communistic and will destroy America. I'm sorry but that is the way it is. If the democrat party has them - they have them.
