Parsley on the plate is about the only thing I would eat if steak is involved. The whole factory farm system just grosses me out. It's not like we are cattle farmers, we are the people who eat the stuff that is factory farmed and our health is failing because of it. Then there's the issue of wondering what the REAL truth is about mad cow's spread. Those ugly prions are a real hazard . . . showing up in squirrels, deer . . .
Actually, it is chickens, whom the PETA folks talk about as you have beef and it is chicken factories ( Tyson ), which is connected with hiring illegals.
And no, "our health" is NOT "failing"! We, all of us, are living longer, healthier lives than people 100 years ago.
