Wow! I had no idea they were counted in the census and towards Reps. That's just another reason why have to deport them, because it would take a constitutional amendment to get them to not be counted.

Yes, all people (citizens and noncitizens) with a usual residence in one of the 50 states were included in Census 2000 and thus in the apportionment counts.
I would love to give up a number of wacko far out liberals here in the Golden State, Ms. Pelosi being number one. Any takers?
