The difference between Vietnam and Islamic terror, is that the Red Vietnamese never killed Americans on our soil, and they also showed no signs of wanting to cover the USA to communism. This one is a fight to the death, of our society, or their fanaticism. Unfortunately fanaticism must be cut out and cauterized. I see no evidence we are prepared to do anything like that on any scale. However the basic strategy we started with seems viable. Establish enclaves in the Middle East, then hunt them on their ground rather than ours.

Should any of our young heroes be subjected to anywhere near the treatment we received upon their return, "WE" will be in the street with baseball bats returning swings for spits. Never Again!!! Not on my watch anyway.

Hate to tell you, but it's already happening on our watch. This whole manufactured atrocities bit is just an attempt to Vietnamize the war on Islamic terror. We've got soliders and Marines in the brig, some of them for what would have been considered fraternity pranks in the '40s and '50s. And "good interogation technique" in during WW-II. We've got Navy Corpmen and Marines in solitary with no charges filed since for over a month. A follow up story is, saying that they are ahackled when they are out of their cells. here

Oh I know what they are trying. I am referring to the gang that greeted us upon return with the epithets and spit. I have been watching the traitors for quite sometime. My sphere of influence is somewhat limited but the bat is polished and the field jacket has been altered to fit my bulging waist line. Thanks for your service and the sad information.
