They're trying to Bork Ann.

But, has anyone else noticed that National Review has been completely silent on the subject of "Godless"?

Lowry made a mildly snarky remark on some show pertaining to Coulter's commercial draw.

The fact that NRO has not seen fit to comment, defend, or promote is telling...but then, they need donations and Ann doesn't.

I hope Ann writes them a nice check. Really, I do.

They're trying to Bork Ann.

That is a very astute observation.

Unfortunately, they don't understand that Ann's fate is not in the hands of the corrupt, bloviating windbags of the US Senate, but rests with the American public. What we're seeing is the echo chamber of our self-annointed elites going into overload.

I suspect the NRO guys have made an editorial decision to sit back for this one and just chuckle. Mrs. Coulter doesn't need to be defended and too much defense detracts from this defendee. I would prefer that the Big Guns on the right leave it alone until after the screaming has waned a bit. Mrs. Coulter is surely the most sure-footed advocate we have. She has calculated her target with precision and she is highly skilled in the application of the verbal JDAM.
