I saw that on MEMRITV.org earlier and watch the video 3 times. I can see he stressed a bit there over his choice of words by looking at his face.
I wonder if he meant to slip up (as an implied threat) OR did he speak the truth regarding the weapons and wasn't supposed to mention that OR did he really just mix up his words by accident?
Well, time will tell.
