You again are trying to steer the conversation away from any points I've made.

This country was NOT crafted to control the populace. Quite the opposite.

And you still don't deny being a fan of marxist style government.

Now, wait, now--is this HPV vaccine made using human embryonic cells? Is it? Can you answer that?

Still unanswered: How does an unvaccinated child with measles put a measles-vaccinated child at risk? (Just rephrasing the question, since you didn't answer the first time, I assume you didn't understand it.)

Where'd you go?
Run off to another thread?
*looks*
Yup, you did.
AND you went to another thread and claimed we said that Smith was a liberal for the nany state.

No, YOU are a liberal for the nany state.

Alama doesn't answer direct questions.
Alama only tosses insults when the discussion doesn't go their way.
Just like proper little marxists do.
(See post 461 and alama's 464 response.)

I had one more question she ignored:

Do you want children to be forbidden to attend public school if they have NOT had this HPV vaccine????

Why would a kindergartner need an HPV vaccine? And how would a kindergartner without it threaten your child (who would presumably need it, since you demand it)???

Very bad form to carry an argument over to another thread. I thought we didn't DO that here on FR....

They've ignored repeated questions.
Their insisting that we are a liberal ideals based society is quite revealing as well.

But they mentioned it here:

I saw that. Did a search for the poster's name, and saw that remark.

Runaway liberal chicken. Hope we don't catch avian flu. No vaccine for that.

In the 50's, we were fed all these "miracle" vaccines. I still got rubella and had to wear sunglasses in the house. I had whooping cough and chicken pox. Actually, myself and 2 siblings got rubella from the vaccine. I can still remember how sick we were.

Yuppers.
Also note that people initially were polite to alama, but they insisted on insulting everyone who debated them.
And they tried to claim victimhood, then tried to claim 'good for the gander'.

Another thing I've heard is that the immunization may eliminate the need for PAP smears for women.

That sort of thing would be irresponsible. i seriously doubt that HPV alone is responsible for all gynecological abnormalities that a pap smear would investigate.

I was a kid before any/all the vaccines, and me and my sibs got measles (3 day and german, as we call them) mumps, chicken pox (chicken pops we said) and several of us got polio.

I wonder what the complication rates were for those ordinary childhood illnesses, way back when....wonder if they were anything like the complication rates from the immunizations????

Yeah. I hear ya. I was born in 50 so we were the guinea pigs.

There may be but the public probably won't find out. It's hard getting info on the polio/symian virus/cancer links.

But some vaccines are made using aborted babies. He would have been against the use of those.

...and just which are the vaccines you reference?

We chose to not vaccinate at all. Never been threatened with jail time. The peditrician asks if we want vaccinations, and knows I'll say no and that's the end of the conversation.

We chose to vaccinate, and one doctor told me our oldest two were caught up. But, years later, another doctor at that same office told me they were way behind. She then attempted to give them what I deemed to be duplicate shots. When I told her "NO", she had the nerve to try scolding me in front of my children, and that led to an argument. I can't find a qualified doctor who doesn't have the same attitude. Wish there were more doctors like yours out there.

Our state requires immunizations for school entry, but it does not give exemptions for philosophical reasons, only religious reasons. I know a lot of homeschoolers who choose not to vaccinate. To anyone who thinks that's terrible, I'd like to point out: Though our schools require immunizations for diseases like the measles, the law is that school employees and students don't have to report if they have AIDS. That's right... A disease like AIDS, from which your child can never heal and which leads to death 100% of the time, is considered a "matter of privacy." But, the measles...? Oh, no, don't you bring your child around if you're not vaccinated for that stuff.
