I thought it was on their second or third date and this has been posted all over FR for years!

All I know is that watching them yesterday during some kind of press conference, it looked like she would be totally incapable of talking because of all the botox she has had injected.

Holy cow!

Thanks for posting all of that; I didn't have the stomach to watch it, but did want to know what the moron had said.

Yes - I do think it's a complete and total set-up. I think when Joe Wilson saw the administration wasn't fighting back against its critics, he saw an opportunity.

So he told Congress privately that Iraq was trying to purchase uranium and then publicly said that his trip to Niger proved that Iraq wasn't trying to purchase uranium.

He realized he could get away with it and it would give him great access to the leftist world he desired. He was part of Kerry's inner circle and his foreign policy analyst until the Senate Intelligence Report outlined how many lies he told. There were several -- starting with the one I outlined above and including the lie he told that his wife didn't recommend him for the trip to Niger.

The Senate Intel Committee found the memo where she did just that. He was completely discredited and Kerry dropped him like a hot potato.

He probably figured his life as a celebrity was over but the leftists being leftists don't really care about the truth and he was still a fairly regular guest on talk shows and photographed in Vanity Affair, etc.

I'm sure that for a while he couldn't believe his good fortune that the Bush administration didn't fight back and by now he's convinced himself that he's told the truth about everything.

This is a much more complete report, although it misses the comment "The VP's manhood was threatened."

Hah!

I love how both Joe and Valerie have this very serious look on their faces, but you can just tell they want to grin and smile for the cameras.

I still think they can't believe their good fortune at seemingly getting away with all their lives to date.

Thanks...you really ARE a PEAch! :-)

I think that Joe is projecting, when he talks about a "threatened manhood"; Joe's must be teeny.

That's what I said on another thread; it's pure projection from the whiny metrosexual. LOL

See you tomorrow.

It's one of the biggest non-stories I can remember in my lifetime.

No, that would be the Barbaro tripe. For a week or so, I saw the headlines and that he was a tight end with the Giants or something, then figured out it was a frickin' horse:

Barbaro remains stable, in 'good frame of mind'

and

Barbaro spent another "comfortable" day in the intensive care unit at the George D. Widener Hospital for Large Animals, and his veterinarian reports the Kentucky Derby winner's attitude "remains positive."

The mind boggles.

Yes, I did, as well as Val's roots; she's in great need of a GOOD colorist...her roots look terrible and her hair is over bleached, flat, one color and fried.

I thought Robert Novak held his own quite well with Russert yesterday and Russert really grilled him, trying to trip him up... I felt like it was an inquisition and Novak corrected several things Russert tried to throw at the audience like the senate findings.
