Just saw it. Priceless! He was patiently explaining that there was no veto of a U.N. resolution, and telling her why a cease fire won't work since Hezbollah has declared total war on Israel. Finally, he cut her off and said "This is hectoring." GOOD JOB TONY SNOW!

It is indeed a thing of beauty - Tony gives the old harridan a smackdown, still with a smile on his handsome face.
However, I can't understand why that old bag is even allowed in the WH press briefings. If it's for comic relief, she's not funny.

Helen Thomas was heckling Tony Snow during the WH presser because her parents' homeland Lebanon is under fire by Israel. She repeatedly screams that the U.S. vetoed a cease fire agreement.
Loved it when Snow labeled her description, "The Hezbollah version."
