If he were nominated, I'd hold my nose and vote for him. But I really hope he's not nominated. Good leader and fantastic fundraiser, but he's pointedly to the left of the party on most issues (national security aside). Judicial nominees would likely be a big disappointment, just for starters. Sorry for starting yet another Giuliani thread, but I didn't see this article posted yet.
