On 072806 I had the misfortune of attending the Carlos Santana concert in Phoenix. Not only was his music not anywhere near the quality he played in the past, but he also saw fit to inject his liberal politics into the concert. He stated that they are the opposite of George Bush. They are all about peace and love and compassion. I thought What a hypocrite!. He certainly exemplified those virtues by that statement. His show opened with film clips showing indigent people from around the world, apparently attempting to cause compassion to arise in the concert goers, but he is unable to understand the difference we made in Iraq for those people living under the despot Hussein. The upside is that he saved me a lot of money, as I had intended on buying some t-shirts and cds.
IIRC he was at some award show a few years ago wearing a Che shirt quite proudly.
So, Carlos, I could care less who you are against. Never bought any of his records till Rob Thomas helped get the old guy famous again with Smooth.

So there.
It will sure be hard for me to "respect" any democrat. I can be in another room & I can always tell a democrat by what they say or what questions they ask if its the media. I'm so fed up with them yelling, talking over Republicans on tv shows, their general displeasure for anything religious, family values or patriotism. Its bad enough for the United States to fight against evil in other countries but to fight against evil here its a shame.
I went to a meeting yesterday afternoon and after the meeting one of the ladies made a really bad comment about President Bush, I picked up my things and started walking towards the door, she asked why I was leaving....you don't want to know what I said...
Its time to get just as rude, and louder than they are...and heaven help the RAT that does ever get into the WH again...I know I'm going to throw a hate campaign like noone has ever seen before....
