Iran on Tuesday responded to the P5+1 package of incentives concerning its peaceful nuclear program.
Top nuclear negotiator Ali Larijani delivered Tehran's answer to representatives of the P5+1 Group, i.e. ambassadors of Germany, Russia, France, UK, and China as well as Swiss ambassador as caretaker of the US interests in Iran.

Why USA, Russia, China, France, Israel can have nuclear bomb but Iran - not?
It has been painfully obvious that we will not win this war.
Thus far, none of those nations have called for the destruction of another sovereign nation by any means possible. Also, they aren't run by religious zealots who are intent on the return of their messiah (of sorts). When the Israelis elect the extreme Right wing that calls for the destruction of the Palestinians (Cananites) and the expansion of Israel from the Nile to the Euphrates, then I'll question their ability to safely wield nuclear weapons, until then, M.A.D. works wonders.
because by word and deed Iran has left no doubt that they will *use* the nuclear weapon as soon as they get it... plunging the world into a chaos which even Russia will not benefit from.
