I have always been a very good natured person, open minded, to a degree and respectful and polite to others. I now find myself being worse than Archie Bunker. I live just outside of Atlanta, a small little town filled with little churches, nice homes etc., in the past 5 or 6 years I now feel like I live in another country. It's not just the mexicans either, its all of them. I don't remember it being like that growing up. It seems every Muslim in Georgia has moved by me, Burkas and all which, totally freak me out. I don't know if its cultural or lack of understanding the language but, alot of these ethnic groups are just plain rude. Like they're doing me a favor by being here. I'm not saying all, but I believe many, could give a rats behind about any of us. We've set it up for immigrants to come here and take whatever it is they want and then expect me to embrace them slaughtering goats on the patio, because thats their culture. Well we have a culture too, and they don't seem to care. Everytime I go out to do errands I feel like I'm shopping in an International Marketplace. I'm freaking sick to death of diversity. You want to come here legally fine, but in return they should have to respect us and our culture. If it doesn't sit well with you then stay home.

My wife and I have a Russian immigrant living with us. (legally) She came here because she wants to be an American. She doesn't intend to forget where she came from but she puts America first.

Since she works at a hospital it didn't take her long to figure out that her taxes go to support people who didn't bother to obey our immigration laws.

Jeeze mom, that reads like I nightmare I've been having recently. Sometimes I wish we had guts like the fine folks from down under.

CANBERRA AUSTRALIA: Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday to get out of Australia, as the government targeted radicals in a bid to head off potential terror attacks. A day after a group of mainstream Muslim leaders pledged loyalty to Australia at a special meeting with Prime Minister John Howard, he and his ministers made it clear that extremists would face a crackdown.

Treasurer Peter Costello, seen as heir apparent to Howard, hinted that some radical clerics could be asked to leave the country if they did not accept that australia was a secular state and its laws were made by parliament. "If those are not your values, if you want a country which has Sharia law or a theocratic state, then Australia is not for you," he said on national television. "I'd be saying to clerics who are teaching that there are two laws governing people in Australia, one the Australian law and another the Islamic law, that is false.

If you can't agree with parliamentary law, independent courts, democracy, and would prefer Sharia law and have the opportunity to go to other country which practices it, perhaps, then, that's a better option," Costello said. Asked whether he meant radical clerics would be forced to leave, he said those with dual citizenship could possibly be asked to move to the other country. Education Minister Brendan Nelson later told reporters that Muslims who did not want to accept local values should "clear off". "Basically, people who don't want to be Australians, and they don't want to live by Australian values and understand them, well then they can basically clear off," he said. Separately, Howard angered some Australian Muslims on Wednesday by saying he supported spy agencies monitoring the nation's mosques.
