Yikes. She’s made many mistakes recently but the one diamond on her campaign staff is her makeup guru. His/her “magic hands” made her look years younger on all 5 talk shows this morning and I’d love to know the name of the products used.

Gregory Grilling Gets to Hillary: 'No, Wait a Minute!' ^

Hillary Clinton began her Today interview with David Gregory with the radiant smile on display here. But it wasn't long before an irate Clinton was demanding "no, wait a minute" when things didn't go to her liking. That's what a few minutes of serious Gregory grilling did to Clinton this morning. It was by far the most intense -- dare-I-say aggressive -- examination of Clinton I've seen this campaign season. Throughout, Hillary clung as if to a life preserver to the endorsement she received from the Des Moines Register, whose editor is that same mirthless Carolyn Washburn who moderated the...

The Ron Paul Plot

Sun, Dec 16, 2007 at 8:46:48 am PST

A dastardly plot is afoot to silence The Only Man Who Can Save America: They Want To Kill Ron Paul.

Best-selling author and Bilderberg sleuth Daniel Estulin says he has received information from sources inside the U.S. intelligence community which suggests that people from the highest levels of the U.S. government are considering an assassination attempt against Congressman Ron Paul because they are threatened by his burgeoning popularity.

Estulin, whose information has unfortunately proven very accurate in the past, went public with the bombshell news during an appearance on The Alex Jones Show today.

“I am getting information from my sources that there are people involved from a higher level of the American establishment who are seriously considering - this has not been confirmed - but assassination is definitely on the agenda and I pray to God that this is not the case,” said Estulin.

OMG thanks for sharing that. Nice to see the 'pit bull' attack both sides with the same forcefulness. I suspect her attacking his boss (Russert) may have played a big part in it.

Am I foolish to believe what the polls/pundits are saying -- she may not win the nomination?

Good morning, all.

Joe has the Shyster for those who won’t even turn him on, and Ron Paul will make an appearance.

Condi is in Iraq.

Quite an amazing segment with the Shyster. The inside the beltway types realize how ridiculous Bill is making his wife look, but the rubes in Iowa just eat it up.

He didn’t use the word “rubes”, but that was the implication.

You missed the hughest story of all.

HUCKABEE AD FEATURES FLOATING 'CROSS'... DEVELOPING...

I had to laugh when Mourning Joe played it right away. Joe and Willie applauded. Mika just kind of smirked. Joe pounced upon that to get his digs in. Mika was trying to imply some subliminal message was in it for the Cristian fundamentalist base. The were all convinced it was a cross.

FNFs played the ad. They hinted that it wasn't a cross but maybe a bookshelf or window pane. But these commercials are very carefully planned and sometimes they do inject certain things into the background.

CNN played it and didn't get into the conspiracy realm like others.

My take it's a window pane (or book shelf). Jeez. This is the most important political news of the day?

As for the add itself I thought it was a nice touch but I don't know how the "birth of christ" part is going to play with the "undecided" voters.

FNFs did touch on Gov. Huckabees son drawing the Billy Carter comparison.

CNN showed Fred Thompson's bus in Iowa. He's going to spending the next 27 days on it. Interesting.

“……..But John Bailey, then the director of Arkansas’s state police, tells NEWSWEEK that Governor Huckabee’s chief of staff and personal lawyer both leaned on him to write a letter officially denying the local prosecutor’s request. Bailey, a career officer who had been appointed chief by Huckabee’s Democratic predecessor, said he viewed the lawyer’s intervention as improper and terminated the conversation. Seven months later, he was called into Huckabee’s office and fired. “I’ve lost confidence in your ability to do your job,” Bailey says Huckabee told him. One reason Huckabee cited was “I couldn’t get you to help me with my...

That is pretty much all Mika does.

She is also moving into Hillary cackle territory and should be careful about that.

I must admit I had to look up "rubes". Hadn't heard that one before. I am a little of one.

Speaking of reporters who look out of place in Iowa, CNN has an older guy (Bob Frankin or something like that) reporting from there. One night they went to a live shot of him and he had this fur hat on like someone standing outside the Kremlin would wear. The background looked a little like the Kremlin at night. A little ironic seeing that some call it the Commie News Network. They might want to mention that to him. One time I wish I could have gotten a screen capture.

Wonder if George H. will threaten to tell us how he really feels again?

"Former President Bill Clinton said Monday that the first thing his wife Hillary will do when she reaches the White House is dispatch him and his predecessor, President George H.W. Bush, on an around-the-world mission to repair the damage done to America's reputation by the current president — Bush's son, George W. Bush."

What's that line about lying down with the dogs and you're going to get fleas?

Middle of the week good morning.

Funny stuff on Joe with Billary in Iowa and the Horn Dog wanders off during a press avail and Herself can’t find him.

In the end, it’s all about Bill. He isn’t going to allow her to have the same status he has.

I saw that "it's all about me" segment on Mourning Joe. Even more priceless was Mika's "well I'm not to go into that" reaction.

They showed a video clip of Mike Huckabee correcting everyone that it was really a bookshelf in the background not some kind of Paul is dead, Paul is dead conspiracry. I'll give him credit for one thing he's quick on his feet.

Boy did I get the name wrong. It was Bill Schneider of CNN who was wearing that Russian fur hat again this morning. The background didn't look like the Kremlin though.

Bob Schiefer of CBS was on Imus this morning. First question from Imus. So what about this John Edwards Love Child story. Schiefer discounted it as not worthy of reporting because it looks like it's not true.

Imus is saying really good things about Mark Levin and how great he is on the radio.

Mika does not like Hillary looking lost and pathetic.

DANBURY -- A 33-year-old woman was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault Saturday after allegedly groping a man playing Santa Claus at the Danbury Fair mall. Sandrama Lamy, 33, of Danbury, is charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, according to Danbury Detective Lt. Thomas Michael. Two messages seeking comment were left on Lamy's answering machine. Details leading up to the alleged fondling are sketchy. "I don't know what the deal was. It was just bizarre," the mall Santa told a reporter, referring all other questions about the incident to Cherry Hill Photo, the company that runs the Danbury Fair mall Santa photo...

Probably should lower myself to any Ho, ho, ho comments.

The Edwards love child, and today's other stories (if there are any)

If you go to the link, National Enquirer World Exclusive: John Edwards Love Child Scandal! there's nothing there. The Enquirer pulled it.

However, this being the internet, Doug Ross has capture and text, on the affair with Rielle Hunter.

Ace quotes from No Prisoners,
This is a perfect "one-two" punch by the Clintons. First, have some cutout mention that the Republicans might make hay out of a question about Obama "selling" drugs. Second, have a tabloid allege that Edwards has fathered a child while his loving, devoted, wife if dying of cancer. Since all sources are either being denied/fired or suspect, the damage is not enough to knock out either opponent - only weaken them. This way the two (Obama and Edwards) can split the anti-Hillary! vote but, both remain in the race (with reduced support) so she doesn't have to face only one strong contender.

This is pure Clinton "magic".
Dan Riehl has the video Hunter made for the Edwards campaign.

Politico has the story on Roger Altman, The Clintonite who owns National Enquirer

But hey, another married man claims to be the baby's father.

LOL another Clinton connection.
