One possible plan:

1. Dems win the House
2. Dems impeach GWB (articles already written)
3. Dems spark national outrage campaign to prevent VP becoming President
4. Pelosi (next in line) becomes President, conveniently needs to appoint a VP.

All thats left is a little Arkanacide.

Dems won't impeach Bush. IIRC, It takes a two thirds majority in the senate to convict a President and remove him from office. A President will only be removed from office for some kind of action that is clearly outrageous, illegal, and unacceptable to senators in both parties.

Nobody can prevent a sitting VEEP from becoming president, should the president be killed, die, be impeached and removed; NOBODY! You have to get rid of the VEEP too, in some way, for Pelosi to become president. And Pelosi would NEVER take Hillary as VEEP. BTW, an appointed VEEP has to be confirmed and unless the damned Dems had a GIGANTIC majority of both Houses ( and even then ), it is doubtful that she could get confirmed.
