Excellent point. I was thinking about the EP-3 just the other day. That took a GREAT deal of attention for quite a while. And it didn't just solve itself. Bush and the administration did a GREAT job handling that. How much of the Clinton era weak intelligence aparatis had to be directed to solving that that wasn't concentrating on the terrorists? It sure didn't help any that's for sure.

Oh, you're right. They cut from the local FBI office, the boss saying they had to get a warrant, then to Washington and a meeting. I just "assumed" he was the FISA judge, but now that you mention it, I bet he was just an FBI "honcho"--because I remember that too, now, about "not applying for a warrant". (Sorry, everyone, for disseminating erroneous info. I'm almost as bad as the MSM!)

THOSE FBI folks, in Minnesota I think, were on the ball, too, God Bless them!

I was thinking at the end that I hoped they would NOT finish by showing the Palis and other Muslims in the Middle East cheering, uulating, and throwing candy. Glad they did not. You just know though that in that Al Qaeda camp they must have been "so proud." Bin Laden was in the crosshairs so many times and basically he was saved by The Lawyers.

An oldie, but a goodie. It's out of print; it was originally published in 1945. I saw a lot of them cheap on Amazon, or you can try the library. I hope you like it! :)
