I heard him say this on hardball, but he never gave a source or a first hand account. It was a totally irresponsible statement for a supposedly neutral pollster to make. And if true, it is 32 years old. What about KKK Byrd a couple years ago?

Sabato is not neutral although it seems he tried, in the past, to present himself as neutral. I saw a TV program where he was speaking to a class and he definitely took jabs at the President and the Administration. Guess he feels Dems are regaining strength so he no longer needs to pretend he's objective.
