Capture the market and squeeze it for all you're worth Wal-Mart, you all too typicaly sick company. But if you don't amend your ways and innovate, specialty stores will continue to take more of your recent gains away (thankfully).

People shouldn't be buying toilet paper, napkins, and essentials from downtown boutique stores anyway. Let Wal-Mart handle the basics, and let the other stores handle the high-end stuff. There's a sporting goods store right next to Wal-Mart that puts the sporting goods dept. in Wal-Mart to shame.
