How do you know he hasn't abused anyone ? Turns out he was sexually molested as a thirteen year old by an adult. Often people who were molested grow up to be molesters themselves.

Odd that you're (rightfully) concerned about Foley being a predator but NOT concerned at all about Dems possibly enabling that same predator by sitting on the info for calculated political gain instead of acting on it immediately to prevent any future pages being subjected to Foley. And you are unconcerned that the WRONG people are being accused of enabling Foley to continue.

You're missing the point...the boys were "of age." That being consent. As disgusting as it is, they weren't boys, but young men, who knew exactly what they were talking about.
If they were adults, and it was consensual, I wouldn't give a hang legally-speaking, though I wouldn't vote for the guy. But we are talking about people in the employ of the Congress. And that does bloody well make a difference.
