So far, that's all rumor and innuendo. Nothing new has emerged. I guess if it does and they were minors, we'll be back in the same boat. But for now it appears this incident may have little lasting power. It's still sleazy, but it's legal. In any event, the whole thing has been totally overblown, 18 or not. It's good Foley resigned, but sheesh, can we get back to focusing on the issues. Foley is gone, but Bin Laden is not.

My understanding is that the Republican party down there is working hard to get the word out that Foley's name will remain on the ballot, but that a vote for Foley is a vote for Negron.
If people understand that, I don't think there will be a problem.

The first IM only talked about having him over for a drink. The man says he will be 18 on Feb 23. This exchange took place over Christmas. The really nasty stuff came after Feb 23... at least that is what I read on the aforementioned blog.

In all seriousness, that is why we have a US Supreme Court to uphold laws of Congress which will restrict such travesties. It would also be a positive step if they would start to defend "life, liberty, and property" and the 2nd Amendment.
