But he is dead wrong to not report on any of the mitigating information emerging including that the worst of the IMs was with an 18 year old, that they were egging on Foley for grins and that this stuff fell into the hands of Democratic operatives. Ross is refusing to admit his source on this is a partisan one which tells me Ross has been co-opted and is thus fair game for criticism. In addition, he continues to make unsupported claims about additional pages who have no evidence of what they allege. That's just yellow journalism.
