Seems to me that China might decide to take care of this one themselves...nuclear Japan and S. Korea has to freak them out...and a rapid arming of that part of the world might even lead to a nuclear Taiwan...they may decide to off the North Koreans and save themselves the trouble of dealing with all the other Asian powers.
Yeah I agree. Some believe China wants this though. Who knows. We live in a strange world...that is for sure.
