Too late for that now, though I bet the reason Kerry is late with his presser is that the DNC has got ahold of him and is trying to rip his prepared statements to shreds.

He'll trot out the if/then construction: "If I offended anyone, then I am sorry" If I remember my basic programming correctly it was an "if/then/else" type of statement. The else in this case would of course be "Move on, nothing here."
