Visionary in foreign affairs perhaps, but reminds me, being old enough, of the course of the Civil Rights movement in this country.

BUMP!
RUSH: Mr. President, we have to let you go, but before I do so I have to share something with you. When I announced yesterday when the schedule was firmed up that I'd be talking to you today, I got tremendous -- I would say inundated -- with e-mails from people asking me to tell you that they're praying for you.

THANK YOU for posting this interview! :-) (I was hoping someone would post it -- so people could have time to digest the contents of the interview before the Nov 7 election.)
Again, thanks,

So glad that Rush brought up how North Korea blinked. That story was 24/7 until that moment--then, when Bush was proved right, it just VANISHED.

Great interview! The Left doesn't understand why the President doesn't sound DOOMED. After all, the polls say he will LOSE! What in the world is going on??? The man ought to be desperate and suicidal. Instead, he's sunny and confident. The President must know something the Drive Bys and the MSM don't.

The silence of the press on North Korea is reminiscent of the silence of the press on Libya.
Bush leaned on Gaddafi and got him to give up his nuclear dreams and even split with the other Arab countries. A huge diplomatic success.
And what did we get from the international press? Silence. The whole story vanished in about one day. One of the biggest American diplomatic successes in the past 20 or 30 years, probably, and they couldn't be bothered to acknowledge it.
