The last time I "voted" in Manhattan was at the 78th & York precinct. They looked thru that huge, sloppy, handwritten roll book and discovered - shock - that my card had been lost. I filled out a paper ballot, knowing that this would probably be lost as well. As I walked out, I saw trampeled paper ballots on the floor...
I successfully completed an affidavit ballot. I voted against hillary and against Alan Hevesi. Yay.
