Can ANYONE explain to me why Clinton has an office in HARLEM?

Because he wanted one in Manhattan and he over-reached by trying to originally put it in some of the most expensive real estate on the face of the earth. Even the Dems couldn't support such an outrageous maneuver and he had to retreat to Harlem to save face.
Remember ....... he was the First Black President! :-)

WELL, he wanted one in a more expensive building but it was more than the government would pay an ex-president for an office. So he opted for a less expensive penthouse in a gentrified area of Harlem. He loves Harlem, you see. He used to go there when he flew into LaGuardia Airport as a college kid. Yes, even then he was black inside. Who knew he would become our first black president?

Harlem has been changing for years. Since the murder rate has dropped whites have been moving north into Harlem to take advantage of lower housing prices.
The ho's are cheaper there than they are in upstate NY?
