ATLANTIC CITY — Mayor Bob Levy has knowingly misrepresented his military record to family, friends, reporters and the public for decades.
As an Atlantic City lifeguard and as a candidate for mayor last year, Levy claimed he had served during the Vietnam War with the U.S. Army’s elite Special Forces, more familiarly known as the Green Berets. In campaign literature distributed last year, he claimed he had won medals as a Green Beret.
None of that was true.
Levy — who has an otherwise distinguished military service record — was never a member of the Army’s Green Berets, he told The Press this week

I'm actually shocked that someone would do this an election campaign. Boasting falsely in conversation is one thing (no less honorable), but printing it up as credentials? Amazing.
Dreams and feelings are the reality of Democrats. It's all self sorting. If you are reality based, do not like taking the fruits of another man's labor, do not like being robbed of your labor then you are a Republican. If you are into 'feelings' and 'dreams' and like controlling and taxing things you know nothing about, then you are a Democrat.

The illegals and the other left-wing anti-Americans on the Eastern Sea Shore elect Ted Killer Kennedy and John Traitor Kerry and so what would one expect. I do not believe for a minute that he was used as a communicator and that he lived in a Vietnamese Village if so what was his unit?

I mean there's big difference between telling some tipsy babe you were a Snake Eater™ SF in order to impress her and 'get lucky' and never see her again, but to gin your resume to be Mayor?!? The guy needs to be .... uh ... terminated from office.

He had plenty of service for which he can take great pride, but to sell himself as a member of elite special forces is unscionable. Especially during a war.
And then to have municipal lawyers threatening inquisitors is downright Clintonian.
I'll give the local paper a lot of credit. It can't be easy to take on City Hall in New Jersey, especially when its run by Democrats.

BTW, I had my suspicions about him from the get go what his his constant and annoying bragging about what a hero he was and all the hot chicks he bedded. BTW, the pic of his "girlfriend" even turned out to be a fake. He even admitted that.
